The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport.

As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to help achieve the hotel's revenue and communication objectives. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team and other departments when required
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing collateral such as flyers, menus, posters, newsletters and EDMs
  • Ensure all hotel marketing materials, websites, review sites and social media channels are accurate and up to date
  • Conduct competitor and market research to analyse consumer trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate media coverage, maintain relationships with key media partners, and evaluate promotional activities
  • Support the team with reporting, including digital marketing metrics, ROI analysis, and sales/marketing reports
  • Assist with handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier quotations in line with hotel processes
  • Participate in and support promotional events, including content creation and customer engagement activities

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and marketing software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
