An exciting opportunity is now open to join our growing team at Munji 4x4 in Stapylton on the Northern Gold Coast

We're an established and fast growing Australian owned business, and with our new onsite workshop now up and running, we're expanding into 4x4 Modifications, diagnostic repairs, and Installations and we want you to be part of it.

What's the role?

If you know your way around a toolbox, can diagnose a rattle from a mile away, and love getting your hands dirty working on everything from everyday drivers to fully decked out 4WD rigs this could be the gig for you.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be kitting out rigs, solving mysteries only diagnostics can answer, and probably losing your 10mm socket at least twice a day. It's all part of the job when you're working on the rigs that come through our shop an average day could look like.

• · General servicing & repairs
• · Diagnostics & fault finding
• · 4x4 accessory installs
• · Tyre fitting & wheel alignments

You'll also help keep the day to day ticking along a bit of warehouse work, dispatch, and general workshop support. No two days are the same.

The Details:

• · Casual role, up to 38 hours a week
• · 3-month probation, with a view to full-time for the right person
• · Flexible start/finish times – we get life happens
• · $30–$45/hr depending on experience
• · Workshop based in Stapylton, QLD (right between Brisbane & the Goldie)

What we're looking for:

• · Proven mechanical experience in the automotive industry
• · Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
• · Confident with general servicing, repairs, and accessory installations
• · Tyre fitting and wheel alignment experience
• · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• · Attention to detail, initiative, and excellent time management
• · Ability to read schematics, document repairs, and scope parts
• · Sound knowledge of WHS best practices
• · Current Australian driver's license
• · Minimum of 2 current references
• · Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology ( Is NOT essential, but highly regarded)
