Structural & Civil Engineers - FIFO | TSF Projects

Roster: 8/6 FIFO from Perth

Location: Karratha

Duration: Project is for 2 Years

PERSOL is currently seeking experienced Structural and Civil Engineers with Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) project experience to join our client in Karratha.

These FIFO-based positions will see you involved in the design, review, and construction support of TSF and related civil infrastructure - ensuring structural integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide structural and civil engineering input into TSF and associated infrastructure works
  • Conduct design reviews, site inspections, and technical assessments
  • Develop and check design documentation, drawings, and specifications
  • Support site construction teams with practical engineering solutions and technical advice
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, company specifications, and site requirements
  • Liaise with geotechnical, construction, and environmental teams to deliver safe, efficient outcomes

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in Tailings Storage Facilities or related earthworks, dams, or mining infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and engineering design principles
  • Proficiency with design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SpaceGass)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current Australian working rights
  • Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Preferred
  • Fit Test - Required to be clean shaven
