About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and act as a trusted partner across the business. From workforce planning and recruiting to organisational design and change management, you'll play a key role in building strong teams, supporting leaders, and ensuring DEMEX continues to grow as a values-driven organisation.

What You'll Do

Commit Fully

  • Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure our people capability aligns with DEMEX's business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new team members are set up for success.
  • Drive organisational design that supports agility, efficiency, and growth.
