We are seeking Casual Support Workers to support our Supported Independent Living programs in the Hills District. We have casual positions with consistent hours & routine rosters, however; to supplement consistent shifts, staff ideally should be available to pick up backfill shifts.

Your day may include:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support clients in community engagement and social activities both in the community or within one of our sites
- Implement individualised plans and document client progress.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Promote client independence through skill development and empowerment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

What we are looking for:
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends
- Completed or currently studying a Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant)
- Australian LR Driver's License
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
