About the roleWe are seeking a skilled Digital Content Artist to join our dynamic Creative Services team.
Your responsibilities will include crafting exceptional email communications, website and app content and a broad range of digital content for our customer and team member audiences on varied platforms and devices.
You will be required to deliver commercially designed experiences across different devices and platforms.
You love seeing your designs come to life and providing support to improve both customer experience and content that captivate audiences.
About you and your skills
• 2+ years' experience working in a busy studio, agency or in-house with high volume digital channels
• Solid working knowledge of the Adobe CS suite, especially but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier and Animate
• Solid working knowledge of Figma
• Experience in HTML 5 for digital display banners required
• Experience incorporating UX/UI requirements onto coded HTML-responsive and deployment ready emails including utilising GIFs and other animation.
• Experience in HTML EDM designs and updates to existing HTML EDM templates (preferred)
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working both autonomously and in large teams managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience operating within a complex environment
