Key Responsibilities

  • Month-end reporting
  • Consolidation and preparation of financial statements and quarterly reporting package
  • Preparation and lodgement of periodic tax returns including income tax, GST, FBT, PAYG, Payroll tax and others if applicable
  • Performing tax effective accounting including reconciliation
  • Monthly cashflow management including forecast, internal approval, cash operation
  • Reconcile and analyse project financials on a monthly basis (or as required)
  • Update the relevant project financial forecast on a periodic basis
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for tasks requiring collaboration including the financial statement audits
  • Seek continuous improvement of financial accounting processes to enable the delivery of an efficient and stream-lined service, documenting changes to processes and procedures.

Requirement

  • Good verbal and written both Chinese and English
  • Degree qualification in Commerce, Business or Accounting, CA or CPA qualified
  • Big 4 experience is highly preferred
