Great coffee has been the driving passion for Gloria Jean's Coffees since 1979. We believe the best days always start with a great cup of coffee, so that's where we will start, just as we always have; by ensuring we make the best bean to cup brew in the country, fresh from our roaster to your cup.

With more than 170 stores across Australia, we need your help to ensure we continue to deliver the best quality coffee and service to our loyal customers.

What you bring to the team…

We'll provide you with the support and training required to hit the ground running. We're looking for a great attitude, maturity, ambition & energy. If this sounds like you, we'd love to find the right opportunity in our team.

  • A can-do attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must
  • Friendly and independent team player and good communicator
  • Availability to work both weekdays and weekends (as early as 4:30am)
  • Available for approximately hours per week (casual position)
  • Café/ Hospitality experience is desirable
  • Barista experience is desirable
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service
