We are seeking a dynamic experienced Electronic Security State Operations Manager to oversee our Electronic Security Operations business in Queensland. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in electronic security, innovation and service excellence. You will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, drive operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of security technicians.
  • Oversee the delivery of electronic security projects including CCTV, access control, and alarms

    Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
  • Collaborate with national leadership to align strategy and performance
  • Responsible for budgets, resources, and client relationships
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate technical and service delivery.

    Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Proven experience in electronic security operations, ideally in a senior or state-level role (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Solid understanding of electronic security solutions and industry practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Security Installer License, Construction Card) highly regarded
