Installation Coordinator -  Full time

Precision Automotive Equipment are a market leader in the supply and service of vehicle workshop equipment to independent workshops, vehicle dealerships and some of Australia largest automotive repair chains.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Installation Coordinatorto join the team.  Reporting to the Branch Manager your role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the QLD branch installation service team. There is a strong focus on the coordination of service technicians and administrative activities.

You will be responsible for communicating to our customers effectively, working closely with our sales and service team coordinating, site inspections, resources and capital equipment required to complete all aspects of installing workshop equipment efficiently.

You will be assisting the Branch manager and sales team preparing quotations, ordering equipment, organizing contractors along with general office and warehouse duties. The role requires a highly organized person, possessing proactive and open communication skills, attention to detail and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

To be successful for this role, you must possess;

  • Achieve/exceed monthly Installation and labour targets
  • Oversee daily coordination of the service installation team
  • Produce a high level of productivity and efficiency within the team
  • Office admin experience.
  • Ensure your safety and the safety of those around you by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures and instructions
  • A current clean drivers license
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Able to effectively engage customers and build strong long-term working relationships
  • Strong MS Computer skills
  • Have a strong work ethic, be thorough, neat and take pride in your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
  • Training provided
  • Mechanical Aptitude preferable but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Simpro software advantageous
