About the role

Kwanjai Thai Massage Therapy is seeking a talented and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. As a Casual Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapeutic massage services to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing natural therapies practice.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing a range of therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue, and Thai massage techniques
  2. Consulting with clients to understand their needs and customise treatments accordingly
  3. Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by delivering professional and compassionate care
  4. Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
  5. Keeping the treatment rooms clean, organised, and well-stocked
  6. Promoting the practice's services and building a loyal client base

What we're looking for

  1. A recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or a related field
  2. Prefer experience working as a professional Massage Therapist
  3. Demonstrated expertise in a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue, and Thai massage
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to listen to clients and tailor treatments to their needs
  5. A passion for natural therapies and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals
  6. A friendly, professional, and reliable approach to work
  7. A current first aid certificate and national criminal record check
