We're looking for an organised, detail-driven administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy juggling tasks, solving problems on the fly, and being the go-to person that keeps everything on track — this role is for you.
What you'll be doing- Processing and tracking ad hoc jobs and work orders.
- Creating and updating records in simPRO/TrackTik.
- Coordinating last-minute scheduling requests.
- Keeping Security Officers informed and supported.
- Generating reports that help us deliver better service.
- Make an impact – your work keeps our operations running seamlessly.

- Strong admin or scheduling experience.
- 3-5 years of administrative or scheduling experience.
- Confidence with job management systems (simPRO, TrackTik, or similar).
- Regular user experience with job management systems such as simPRO or TrackTik.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Clear communication and problem-solving ability.
- Security industry knowledge (a bonus, but not essential).
