Service Delivery Administrator – Security

What you'll be doing
  • Processing and tracking ad hoc jobs and work orders.
  • Creating and updating records in simPRO/TrackTik.
  • Coordinating last-minute scheduling requests.
  • Keeping Security Officers informed and supported.
  • Generating reports that help us deliver better service.

What you'll bring
  • Strong admin or scheduling experience.
  • 3-5 years of administrative or scheduling experience.
  • Confidence with job management systems (simPRO, TrackTik, or similar).
  • Regular user experience with job management systems such as simPRO or TrackTik.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Security industry knowledge (a bonus, but not essential).
