About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to support our State Manager in overseeing vendor operations, managing store performance, and ensuring compliance with client and supplier KPIs. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to lead field teams, build stakeholder relationships, and drive operational excellence across Queensland.

Looking for a Full-Time worker in Brisbane/North Brisbane, Queensland.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a territory, field, or retail operations management role.
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and coordinate remote teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in scheduling store visits and managing operational workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring KPIs and using performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools, with strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Physically fit and healthy, this is an active role which involves a lot of walking and at times can involve heavy lifting.
  • Travel regionally as required to support operations and store performance.
  • Can do attitude and solid work ethic.
  • Reliable, punctual, honest, and well-presented

Daily Duties

  • Conduct regular visits to Bunnings and other retail stores to oversee merchandising standards, ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked, and support store compliance with client KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store teams, clients, and suppliers to promote brand visibility and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and manage new store setups, including installing client displays, completing setup checklists, and ensuring departmental sign-offs.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting, including completing store surveys, performance tracking, and submitting weekly operational updates.
  • Support and guide field reps to ensure consistent execution of merchandising tasks and uphold client expectations across the territory.

  • Reliable Car
  • Capacity to lift approximately 15kg independently, willingness to engage in two-person lifts, and adaptability to changing shelving heights. Please note that this position may involve physical exertion.
