As we enter an exciting new chapter, we're bringing our design-led, lifestyle-driven approach to hospitality with The Angel of Malvern, a multi-level heritage pub transformed into a contemporary destination of modern luxury, and soon, The Saint, our upcoming venue.

Featuring public bars, bistros, Mediterranean-inspired restaurants, cocktail lounges, and private dining spaces, these venues deliver casual luxury for the community—places for locals and visitors to unwind, connect and celebrate.

We're now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy across venues, drive event bookings, and coordinate exceptional experiences from day one.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on, multi-venue role where you'll shape how The Angel and future venues are experienced, booked, and remembered. Reporting to the General Manager – Hospitality, you'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and guest experience, driving growth and excellence across our venues.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, leadership, and building strong client relationships in hospitality.

What You'll Do

Sales & Event Coordination

• Own end-to-end event and function sales across The Angel and future venues
• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, prepare proposals, coordinate site inspections, and secure bookings
• Oversee event administration: function sheets, contracts, deposits, timelines, and smooth handovers to operations
• Roster and coordinate event teams, ensuring staff are allocated appropriately to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Lead coordination with venue operations to ensure all events run smoothly on the day
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, and community groups to generate new business
• Manage pricing reviews, packages and promotional offers with the Venue Manager to drive commercial success

Marketing & Brand Support

• Assist with delivery of the annual marketing plan across all channels
• Coordinate engaging content for social media, EDMs and website updates
• Manage dynamic brand activations, partnerships and promotional events that drive awareness and bookings
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, printers and digital partners to create standout marketing media
• Ensure all campaigns and collateral align with brand guidelines and reflect the brand's personality and style
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reporting

Customer Experience & Operations

• Partner closely with venue and operations teams to ensure every event runs flawlessly and guests leave with a lasting impression
• Champion continuous improvement of the guest journey, spotting opportunities to elevate experiences at every touchpoint
• Gather client feedback, testimonials, and insights to strengthen relationships and inform future events

About You

You're a natural organiser with a big-picture mindset and a people-first approach. You bring energy, initiative and creativity to everything you do and you're excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a brand that's building something truly special.

You'll also bring:

• Experience in hospitality sales, events or marketing roles
• Exposure to event and function sales (multi-level venues or hotels)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders
• A commercial mindset and service-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
• Tertiary qualifications in Events, Marketing, Business, Communications ore related (preferred)
