Evolution Precast Pty Ltd is the market leader in bespoke precast concrete elements. We work on construction projects of all sizes and types, ranging from high-end residential to complex critical infrastructure.

Our clients come from all tiers of Australian and international construction and engineering industries, with representation across QLD, NSW and the ACT.

Our Acacia Ridge factory is seeking full time Steelfixers, Patchers, Caulkers and Formworkers. Within a safety focus and lean management driven environment, we offer:

  • EBA rates – Monday to Friday work week
  • A large indoor work environment with onsite parking
  • Facilities; lunchroom with vending machines and snooker, locker room with gym space & showers
  • Supportive team atmosphere
  • Overtime available, as required

Previous precast experience is preferable. To be successful for an interview, please apply with demonstrated experience in steel fixing, patching/caulking or formwork. Requirements for the role:

  • Reliability and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to pass physical medical assessment
  • Must have permanent unrestricted rights to work in Australia
