P&C Data & Analytics Manager

THE ROLE

The Manager, P&C Data and Analytics is responsible for leading the delivery of workforce analytics and data insights across the organisation. This role involves enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational excellence, and embedding sustainable technology and people practices.

THE CRITERIA

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Leadership & Strategy - Lead and evolve the P&C data and analytics function to support strategic workforce insights and decision making.
  • Establish and maintain a data strategy, including governance frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Reporting & Insights - Lead the preparation of internal and external cyclical business reporting and milestone-based analytics (e.g. annual report, WGEA, investor surveys).
  • Manage and deliver reporting by sourcing and consolidating data from HR systems and other platforms.
  • Present complex data in clear, actionable formats suitable for senior management, Executive, and Board stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with P&C teams to reporting and generate insights on key people initiatives.
