About the role:
At Box Hill Institute, we're growing our Nursing faculty. We have an exciting opportunity available for a Coordinator - Nursing. This is a full time, ongoing position, but we also welcome applications from candidates seeking part time arrangements. While the role will be primarily based at our Lilydale campus, there will be a requirement to work from other campuses, depending on operational needs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a high performing team to deliver quality teaching, improving education and employment outcomes for students while ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support innovation while ensuring educational program compliance
- Create stakeholder relationships and links with relevant Industry and professional bodies to meet employer and Industry needs
About you:
You are passionate about the nursing profession and dedicated to delivering excellence in education. In this role, you will bring:
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualifications in adult education
A Bachelor of Nursing (minimum) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
- Proven educational leadership expertise, including leading high performing teams
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver teaching programs that comply with relevant quality standards
A strong understanding of, and sensitivity to, diverse backgrounds and emotional contexts
- A valid Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance
