The Opportunity:

Take on a rewarding ENT Consultant locum within the Division of Surgery at NT Health. Based in the Northern Territory, this opportunity offers excellent remuneration, a well-supported surgical environment, and the chance to contribute to an accredited ENT training program.

Clinical Environment:

  • Specialist surgical exposure - manage a diverse range of ENT presentations and operative cases
  • Teaching role - supervise accredited training program registrars
  • Supportive division - work within a collaborative surgical and anaesthetic team
  • Professional satisfaction - contribute to patient care in an essential specialty area
  • Full locum support - travel, accommodation, and transport provided

Dates & Details:

  • Period: 5 November February 2026
  • Rate: $3,000/day (including overtime; negotiable)
  • Accommodation: Reimbursed up to $250/night with receipt
  • Flights: Return economy reimbursed
  • Transport: Hospital fleet car provided
  • Taxis: Reimbursed for airport transfers
  • Compliance: NT WWCC & NPC receipts reimbursed

Eligibility Criteria:

  • RACS-accredited ENT Consultant
  • Ability to supervise accredited training registrars
  • Northern Territory WWCC & National Police Check (or willingness to apply)
  • Australian working rights

  • Full support with onboarding, credentialing, and travel logistics
