We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Labourers and HR Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, maintaining outdoor spaces, and safely operating HR/MR vehicles as required. The position involves working outdoors in a team environment and contributing to the beautification and upkeep of local areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general landscaping tasks, including planting, mowing, trimming, and maintenance of green spaces.
  • Operate HR/MR trucks for transporting materials and equipment.
  • Perform site preparation and assist with other manual tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently, adhering to protocols and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and project deadlines.
  • Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

Criteria:

  • HR or MR Driver's Licence (essential).
  • Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and safety.
