Your role

  • Liaise
    with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants and their networks
  • Provide
    evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in
    their homes, in community environments, and in Superyou clinic locations
  • Collaborate
    with the trans-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge
    and ideas
  • Contribute
    to initiatives related to service innovation and continuous improvement

What you'll need:

  • Tertiary
    qualifications in your relevant field with 0-2 years experience
  • Australian
    Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS
    Worker Screening Check
  • Working
    with Children's Check
  • Registration
    with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • First
    Aid Certification
  • A
