About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team working across agricultural and civil projects. This is a full-time position offering secure work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure and land improvement projects.

From building dams, shed pads and contouring farmland to preparing civil sites and rural roads, you'll be operating with purpose — helping shape land that supports communities, farmers, and future growth.

Duties Include:

•    Operating excavators for water storage, clearing, drainage, levelling, culverts, and site prep

•    Reading and following site plans accurately

•    Conducting routine machine maintenance and pre-start checks

•    Working safely and efficiently on active job sites

•    Coordinating respectfully with supervisors, landowners, and team members

What We're Looking For:

•    Minimum 2 years' excavator operating experience with GPS (agricultural/civil preferred)

•    Knowledge of drainage, equipment maintenance, and land contouring systems a plus

•    Read and interpret site drawings, GPS systems, and laser levels.

•  Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team

•    Strong understanding of safety procedures and job site compliance

•    Reliability, initiative, and pride in quality work

•    Relevant machinery tickets/licenses (Required)

•  Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing

•  Respect for machinery

•  White card

• Maintain clear records of work completed and report any issues or breakdowns promptly.

Highly Desirable:

•  Farming experience

• Experience operating other heavy plant i.e dozer, skid steer, loader, tractor etc

•  HR/HC License
