Working in close collaboration with the senior members of the QLD Property Management team, the role will oversee the Assistant Property Managers and Property Managers to ensure we maximise our service offering and reduce overall risk to the management portfolio whilst also managing a small portfolio of assets.The role will play a vital role in strategic planning and co-ordination for their direct reports as well as assisting for the Queensland portfolio. A snapshot of the role:Lead and manage a team of property professionals and provide leadership to the team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge.Develop the team through performance assessments and training, managing staff workload through resourcing assessment and developing succession plans for key team members.Ensure that client asset plan revenue and profit targets are achieved through proactive budget management.Deliver exceptional quality service to the client, as assessed and measured by client feedback.Ensure that there are no major risks associated with public liability, fire and life safety, essential services, non-essential services, the staff, office and contractors. Assist in leading the team to develop effective and accurate asset plans, budgets and financial reports. Assist on the business development of future managements across the office and industrial portfolio. Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:The Associate Director/Senior Property Manager will be a seasoned professional with 5+ years in property/asset management, particularly with prime grade office buildings and proven success in lease negotiations.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to manage and develop our property team, combined with excellent communication abilities to represent our clients and stakeholders.
