We're on the hunt for a driven, high-energy Retail Leader to take the reins and launch our fourth Victorian store at Eastland.

What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll bring the Adore vision to life on the shop floor, lead with impact, and build a culture that's high-performing, inclusive, and full of energy — where both customers and team members feel inspired every day.

  • Recruit, coach and inspire a talented team from the ground up
  • Lead day-to-day operations with confidence and clarity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with energy and heart
  • Own store performance, from sales to stock to team engagement
  • Partner with our HQ team to bring campaigns, events and activations to life
  • Champion culture, safety, and a values-led approach in everything you do

About You

  • You've led a retail team before and loved it. Experience in beauty or fashion retail is a big bonus
  • You're practical, confident, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You know what great looks like when it comes to service, stock, and sales
  • You lead with empathy, energy, and a results mindset
