Restoke is restaurant intelligence, the operating brain for back-of-house. Our AI helps venues control costs, automate ordering, track live inventory, manage recipes, run tasks, and pay suppliers, all with clear, data-driven decisions. We are a global company with offices in Australia and the USA, serving venues across APAC and North America.
The RoleYou will own activation, adoption, and long-term success for a portfolio of venues. This is product-led customer success, you design repeatable playbooks, in-product guides, and moments that delight.
Success looks like: fast activation, short time to first value, deep feature adoption, high net retention, healthy expansion, strong NPS.
What You'll Do- Onboard and activate: build smooth journeys with in-app checklists, group sessions, and focused 1:1s when needed.
- Drive adoption: use health scores and cohort insights to nudge the right actions, unlock value feature by feature.
- Grow accounts: run value reviews, share ROI wins, introduce modules that help customers hit their goals.
- Champion the customer: turn feedback into improvements, partner with Product on guides, help center content, and smart prompts.
- Upgrade the engine: refine playbooks, automate steps, keep the experience efficient and human.
- Operate with great tools: HubSpot, Intercom, Mixpanel, Gong, , Zoom.
- 2 to 4 years in Customer Success or Onboarding at a SaaS company, hospitality background is a plus.
- Clear communicator who builds trust quickly, great on Zoom and in venue.
- Comfortable with data, you translate dashboards into next steps.
- Ownership mindset, proactive, collaborative, you make things better every week.
- Thrive in a growing team, you enjoy building systems that scale.
Nice to have: POS or payments exposure, inventory or recipe costing familiarity, basic SQL or strong spreadsheet skills, experience with PLG motions and health scoring.
