About the role
Norcliffe is a diversified Mining services Group, with brands including Roc-Drill and Enerflow Mining Services forming part of our Australia-wide operations.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time HR Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be based in Wacol and will support the HR function across the full Norcliffe business.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with candidate recruitment and selection
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR forms, presentations, policies and procedures
- Onboard new employees
- Support employee transfers
- Maintain registers, and computer systems with HR related data
- Contribute to HR projects
- Provide training and support to managers and staff on HR administrative processes promoting a strong continuous improvement culture
What we're looking for
- Relevant certificate in a HR related field would be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in an administration role, preferably in a HR function within the mining or resources sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement
