Ground Crew / Tree Worker – Cut Above Tree Care

Based in Toowoomba | Immediate Start Available

Cut Above Tree Care is a well-established arborist company providing professional tree care services across Toowoomba and regional QLD. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Ground Crew Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and wants to grow their career in the arboriculture industry.

What we're looking for:
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
  • Truck licence highly desirable
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Previous experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction an advantage (but not essential)
Duties will include:
  • Assisting with tree pruning, removals, and site clean-up
  • Feeding branches and debris into the chipper
  • Using and maintaining equipment under supervision
  • Supporting climbing arborists from the ground
