Graphic Designer for Signage

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our signage team. This hands-on role involves designing visual content for a range of signage applications, preparing files for print production, liaising with clients, and assisting with quoting and job coordination. You'll play a key part in bringing our clients' branding and signage visions to life — from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop artwork for signage, print, and display materials (including vehicle wraps, shopfronts, event signage, and more)

  • Prepare artwork for various print production methods (large format printing, vinyl cutting, etc.)

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brief and branding requirements

  • Provide mock-ups, proofs, and revisions in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage incoming client inquiries via phone or email and provide quotes (training provided)

  • Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication from concept to delivery

  • Maintain accurate job records and assist with production scheduling

  • Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and quality standards

  • Stay up to date with current design and signage trends

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Previous experience in signage design or print production is highly desirable

  • Strong understanding of file setup for print, cut, and installation processes

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • High attention to detail with strong time management and organisation skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive and flexible approach to tasks and learning new skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with RIP software and large format printers

  • Knowledge of signage materials and installation techniques

  • Basic quoting or sales experience

  • Drivers licence
