Mortgage Choice Ormeau & Yarrabilba is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Loans Processor to join our women-led team. About the Role

This is a full-time position with immediate start. You will work between our Ormeau and Yarrabilba offices with flexbibility.

As a Loans Processor, you will play a key part in the loan application journey — supporting our brokers and operations team by managing client files, relationships, and liaising with lenders and clients to ensure a smooth and timely approval and settlement process.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Managing documentation requests and verifying client information to meet lender and compliance standards
  • Liaising with banks, lenders, conveyancers, and clients to track progress and respond to outstanding requirements
  • Ensuring CRM systems (including HubSpot and ) are up to date with current file status
  • Supporting brokers with pipeline tracking, workflow management, and client updates

You will be supported by an experienced team and reporting directly to the operations managers and senior brokers.
