About The Role
The 2IC, Senior Property Manager role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills while gaining exposure to the Team Leader position in this support role. This individual requires positive energy, excellent communication, organisational and task management skills, while demonstrating a supportive and helpful nature when assisting others in their team. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge in tenancy laws & regulations, committed to the implementation of best practice. Utilising industry knowledge & business acumen to lead by example and support the Team Leader in mentoring team members to deliver a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily mentoring, coaching and advice to the team and mentoring for PMA's
- Attending and contributing to monthly 2IC meetings
- Coverage when required to deliver and manage weekly meetings on behalf of the Team Leader
- Assisting the Team Leader with portfolio coverage where necessary in team absences
- Responsible for generating and circulating specific KPI reports to their team alongside Team Leader
- Providing feedback to management of process improvement opportunities
- Building positive and productive relationships with clients and communicate regularly along with escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
