About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated individual to join our team as a part time Software Project Manager in Maryborough, QLD. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Project Manager to assist in overseeing and driving the success of transformative internal projects. Reporting to the COO, this role will play a critical part in working with our chosen external implementation partner and internal stakeholders to ensure proper Change Management, Process Documentation, and ensuring smooth phase transitions, especially related to digital transformation efforts.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include: 

• Change Management & Organizational Adoption
• Process Documentation & Standardization
• Project Coordination & PMO Support
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
   

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you have a positive attitude to work and are willing to be trained. 

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. A certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or PMP/Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO support, change management, or process documentation within a manufacturing, distribution, or technology-driven organization.
• Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives with a structured approach.
• Process Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and detailed process documentation and training materials.
• Project Coordination: Strong project support and coordination skills within a structured PMO environment.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption and change.
