Allegria Pasta is a proudly local fresh pasta producer and retailer known for high-quality handmade products and warm, efficient service. We're looking for a Lead Retail Assistant to join our Fairfield team — someone who's confident, organised, fast on their feet, and loves great food.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys service, packing, and customer orders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things properly. You'll be the go-to person on the floor, helping to keep the store running smoothly each day.


What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Overseeing the packing and sending of customer orders (both in-store and online)
  • Maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure stock production stays on track and shelves are replenished
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  • Managing product displays, stock rotation and retail presentation
  • Assisting with courier pickups, stock deliveries, and general operations

Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day

Rate: Above award, based on experience
