Xtend Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to clients of all ages, with a focus on enhancing communication abilities and improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals.

  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services, including articulation therapy, language intervention, and voice therapy.

  • Client and Family Education: Educate clients and their families on speech and language development and strategies to support progress at home.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to deliver holistic care.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.

  • Compliance: Ensure all services are provided in accordance with professional standards and regulations, including NDIS requirements..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
