Your Impact
As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you're not just making calls—you're creating opportunities. You'll be reaching out to new and existing clients to spark meaningful conversations, influence decisions, and book appointments that help people experience life-changing hearing solutions at one of our 180+ clinics nationwide.
This is a target-driven, performance-focused role where your sales skills and ability to convert leads will directly drive both company growth and your personal success.
This role is open to:
- Permanent full-time candidates
- Individuals on a visa who can work full-time hours in the nest few months
- Students on a visa who can work full-time hours until March
- Part-time candidates (minimum 3 days per week)
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
- Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
- Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
- Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience
About You

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs in contact centre environment

- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
