Join our team as an Environmental Health Officer, working directly with our community to safeguard public and environmental health. Key duties include
- Conducting compliance inspections and enforcing public health legislation
- Assessing applications for on-site wastewater management systems,
- Providing specialist advice on development applications
- Guiding and educating the community to promote positive behavioural change.

Remuneration:$87,711 - $100,867 per annum, plus superannuation
The Benefits- Full-time 35 hours per week
- Flexible work arrangement options including hybrid work arrangements, option of nine-day fortnight or monthly RDO
- 13% superannuation with a 1% increase in January 2026

To succeed in this role, you'll hold a Bachelor of Science specialising in Environmental Health (or equivalent), accredited by Environmental Health Australia or Environmental Health Professionals Australia. You'll bring solid experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of key legislation. Your ability to interpret and apply environmental health laws and standards will be key to delivering informed, practical advice.
