Join our team as an Environmental Health Officer, working directly with our community to safeguard public and environmental health. Key duties include
Conducting compliance inspections and enforcing public health legislation
Assessing applications for on-site wastewater management systems,
Providing specialist advice on development applications
Guiding and educating the community to promote positive behavioural change.

Remuneration:
$87,711 - $100,867 per annum, plus superannuation
The Benefits
Full-time 35 hours per week

About you
To succeed in this role, you'll hold a Bachelor of Science specialising in Environmental Health (or equivalent), accredited by Environmental Health Australia or Environmental Health Professionals Australia. You'll bring solid experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of key legislation. Your ability to interpret and apply environmental health laws and standards will be key to delivering informed, practical advice.
