About You

You might currently be an Assistant or Junior Strata Manager ready for that next step up — or a newer Strata Manager looking for a more supportive, well-rounded workplace.

You'll bring:

• 1–3 years' experience in strata or property management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach — you enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• A desire to build a long-term career in strata, not just jump into another job.
