Casual Direct Support Workers – Bayside & Surrounds

About the Role

Support our aged care clients across Bayside, Wynnum, Cleveland, and nearby suburbs with:

  • Scheduled shifts Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm
  • Personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene)
  • Medication support
  • Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
  • Community outings and appointments
  • Building strong, empathetic relationships

About You

  • Eager to work 1-1 with clients in their own homes
  • Compassionate, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Flexible with short-notice shifts, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care (preferred but not a necessity)
  • Experience is highly regarded but not a necessity (full training provided before your first shift)

Requirements Before Starting:

  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Blue Card
  • Open Drivers License, Vehicle and Comprehensive Insurance
  • Commitment to infection control and PPE standards
