Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Mobile Plant Operators to join our team at our Bulla site. Operators will work with equipment such as excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, compactors, and fuel trucks to support our expanding operations.

As part of our team, you will bring a versatile skill set, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to meet the daily demands of the business. This may occasionally include performing manual tasks.

These are full-time roles with immediate start dates. Opportunities are available for:

  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 pm – 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 6:30 am, Monday to Friday

Additional weekend work may be available as needed.

Applicants must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance to the Bulla site and be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience operating any of the following: excavators, dozers, haul trucks, wheel loaders, compactors, or fuel trucks (Statement of Attainment is desirable)
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong initiative
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
  • Current White Card
  • Current driver's licence (HR Licence required for fuel truck operators)
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Capacity to multitask effectively
  • Ability to perform daily pre-start checks on machinery
