A dynamic and successful organization is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operator to join their team at a state-of-the-art quarry site in the Melbourne area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various types of mobile plant including Front End Loaders, Dump Trucks, and Excavators.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks on equipment and participate in regular toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Follow all instructions from the Quarry Supervisor and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in operating mobile plant machinery, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and White Card certification.
  • Relevant RII tickets (not essential).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Initiative, proactive approach to work, and excellent organizational skills.
