Visual Merchandiser

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team, servicing our retail stores across VIC and ACT

The ideal candidate will be able to work, part-time, Tuesday to Friday.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Implement VM briefs and directives to company expectations across multiple sites (8-9 metro and regional locations)
• Implement seasonal and promotional windows in line with VM briefs and directions
• Assist with prop construction and creation
• Ad hoc support (in our Support Office), to create the VM briefs to send out to our network of stores
• Understand VM principles and ensure they are actioned in the store
• Liaise with VM Manager and Regional Manager on lifestyle adjacencies and store layouts
• Attend and contribute to store openings
• Create good working relationships with store managers to ensure directives are understood and implemented
• Ensure that stores teams are trained on VM principles and standards

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in Visual Merchandising preferable in menswear, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Understand visual merchandise principals
• Hold a current drivers licence and vehicle
• Have intermediate Adobe Create Suite skills - essential
• Be results oriented, motivated and have an open communication style
• Be able to multitask and have exceptional time management skills
• Have strong commercial acumen and in depth understanding of key retail drivers
• Have a detailed and focused approach to work
• Be highly organised to meet schedules and timeframes
• Have a desire for continuous improvement
