As our new Partner Account Manager for the Western Australia region, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our Partner portfolio. With a strong business mindset, you will drive innovation and ensure mutual profitability for both our Partners and Crayon. You will lead coordination across internal teams including development, sales, and delivery and craft strategic plans that align with and support our Partners' goals.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Being the primary contact for Partners across the Western Australia region and being responsible for knowing all of Crayon's delivery areas
  • Developing Partner plans which include a governance model, aiming at the right level with Partner (preferably C-level)
  • Understanding Partner's business, strategy and challenges as well as secure ongoing initiatives with Partner
  • Responsibility for running and owning the sales and delivery processes with Partners
  • Being proactive and gaining good knowledge of your own market, including competitors and sharing market trends, synergies and news with stakeholders


Your Competencies

  • 3 years of channel sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting environments with solid technical understanding of hybrid and cloud-based solutions
  • Knowledge of software licensing and cloud subscriptions (particularly within the Microsoft & Security space)
  • Solid technical understanding of hybrid, public and private cloud

  • You are analytical and driven, good at building relationships, networks and trust with IT executives
  • You have a strong understanding of customer's business and licensing for multiple vendors
  • You thrive on value-based sales and are able to work long-term and strategically by developing broad and good contact areas
