About the role
Your key duties will include:
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers
- Ensure the store and forecourt is maintained to a professional standard
- Keep up to date with promotions and products in the store
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Upsell products as part of the customer experience
- Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
What we're looking for
We're seeking motivated and action-oriented Console Operators to join our teams in Merrylands and Bass Hill. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A positive attitude with a strong customer focus
- Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7 store, including overnight shifts
- Previous customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to model the company values in your everyday role
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously
What shifts are available?
We currently have casual positions available across both stores, particularly for overnight shifts. If you're someone who is flexible in your availability and interested in working nights, we want to hear from you.
