We as UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd, subsidiary of the UZIN UTZ Group in the South Pacific area, have UZIN, WOLFF, PALLMANN and CODEX in our product range. For nearly 125 years the Uzin Utz Group have manufactured highly respected adhesives, substrate repair and correction compounds, equipment and accessories for the global flooring industry and has steadily gained significant recognition for quality, performance and cutting edge technology. For the next possible date we are seeking to extend our dynamic Australia team to represent our extensive range of European manufactured flooring products.

Our company offers extensive and ongoing training to assist the successful candidate in representing a number of industry leading brands, through our network of flooring product distributors.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our presence in the Australian market. This exciting role is focused on driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, increasing market share, and executing strategic marketing activities across our core product lines.

You will work closely with our existing distributor network, conduct product training and demonstrations, and actively support specification work with contractors, flooring retailers, and architectural firms.

The role also involves organising and attending industry events, supporting national sales representatives, and identifying opportunities to expand our Australian client base.

Key Responsibilities

• sales and marketing initiatives for UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd.
• Manage and grow relationships with our Australian distributor network.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for UZIN, PALLMANN, WOLFF.
• Conduct hands-on technical product demonstrations and training.
• Provide sales and specification support to contractors, retailers, and architects.
• Attend and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Analyse market trends and drive continuous improvement in customer engagement.
• Support the development of digital and print marketing materials in line with global branding.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and sales retention.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally in flooring or construction.

• Good presentation skills and a friendly disposition.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Stable employment record.
• Strong desire for long-term security.
• Willingness to travel nationally
