As a CSSD Instrument Technician Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensure sterilizing practice standards AS and infection control are adhered to at all times
• Perform duties in all work areas of CSSD (Decontamination, Packing, Sterilisation and Loans)
• Operate and document all machinery operational requirements
• Document and report all quality activities.
• Flexibility in work locations, morning and afternoon shifts plus weekends at short notice.

Essential Criteria

• At least 1 year CSSD Technician experience
• Certificate III in sterilizing Services or working towards this certificate
• Committed to maintaining currency in practical skills and knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Able to prioritize, plan and take the initiative to respond to changes
• Basic / Intermediate computer skills
