About the Role

Gaming Manager | Caloundra Hotel

We're on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Caloundra Hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can unwind with an after work drink, meet with family and friends for a meal, or just soak up the atmosphere in our lively Sports Bar. We're located in the heart of Caloundra, only a few streets from Happy Valley beach park.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

  • Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
  • Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
  • Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
  • Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

About you:

  • You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
  • You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up
  • You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
  • You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
  • You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
