Essential Criteria:

• Qualification: Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science – Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
• License: NSW EPA Radiation Licence IA14

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in a minimum of two imaging modalities.
• Demonstrate a high level of competency and consistent high level of practice in area of expertise in a busy hospital environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve clinical situations and to develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise through development of protocols, clinical reviews and delivery of in-services and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and assist with the on-going education and training of MRS' colleagues, across modalities, including complex clinical procedures.
• To meet Grade 2 criteria; may possess a post graduate certificate in a relevant area of specialisation or willing to working towards. For Level 3 Grade 1 applicants please note as NOT APPLICABLE to this criteria.
