Heavy Haulage Allocator – Join the JMT Heavy Haulage Team

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Haulage Allocator to join our growing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring our fleet is scheduled efficiently and compliantly while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Allocating and scheduling heavy haulage movements across multiple states.

  • Coordinating drivers, equipment, and permits to meet client and compliance requirements.

  • Ensuring compliance with NHVR regulations, fatigue management, and company policies.

  • Schedulers SOA.

  • Using Excel and other systems to manage schedules, track jobs, and report on performance.

  • Communicating with clients, drivers, and management to keep operations running smoothly.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in allocating heavy haulage or transport operations.

  • Strong knowledge of NHVR requirements and compliance obligations.

  • Experience preparing and maintaining compliance documents.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (scheduling, reporting, data management).

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
