The purpose of this role is to manage the financial integrity and report the financial results of various property development projects.

Responsibilities

·       Maintain the financial integrity of each project accounting ledger.

·
Prepare monthly management and executive reporting in conjunction with development managers.

·       Manage project cashflow and forecast reporting.

·    Analyze and validate project costs, with proactive investigation into variances.

·       Manage audit process and end of financial year statutory account preparation.

·       Prepare and lodge taxation compliance for Business Activity Statements.

·     Prepare and send relevant shareholder reports.

·       Prepare ad-hoc project reports to assist in decision making or business reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field preferred, 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Understanding of cost reporting, budgeting, auditing and financial analysis
  • Strong ability with Excel
  • Ability to present to stakeholders in an articulate manner.
  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
