What you'll do:

• Build and manage strong relationships with high net worth and sophisticated investors

• Deliver tailored service and proactive engagement across Australian and international equities, margin lending, options, and capital market deals (IPOs, placements and more)

• Identify and act on opportunities to grow client value at CommSec and CommBank

• Collaborate with colleagues across CommSec and Group to deliver seamless client experiences

• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, service and client management excellence

Do work that has significant impact to the business

As a key member of CommSec One's relationship management team, you will play a pivotal role in pro-actively engaging and building strong relationships with CommSec clients.

Quality of interaction is paramount, equally important is the ability uncover opportunities to deliver value to the client through your interactions and identify business growth opportunities that mutually benefit the client and CommSec. All whilst adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance acting as a non-advisory, execution only broker.

To be considered for this rewarding role where you'll enhance CommSec's reputation as the market leader you will have:

• 5 – 10 years' experience working in financial markets

• Strong financial markets knowledge and a passion for investments

• Experience distributing investment opportunities and market research compliantly

• Proven relationship management of high net worth clients

• Experience contributing to the planning and execution of person events

• Experience and confidence booking and completing one on one client meetings

• Proven experience providing feedback and contributing to business strategy

• Proven consistent performance achieving and exceeding targets in a service and growth role

• RG146 Accreditation desired: General, Securities, Foreign Exchange, Margin Lending, ADA
