About the role
Our Early Childhood Teachers play a vital role in shaping the future of young learners. In this rewarding position you will support the Centre Director in the effective day to day management of our education and care service, lead, inspire and support a team of dedicated educators through fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment and develop meaningful partnerships with children, families and the wider community.

Remuneration
$83,841.16 pa - $97,610.76 pa + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- University Degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education
- Experience as an active and collaborative educator for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with sound working knowledge of child development, positive behaviour guidance techniques and strategies for children
- Proven ability to apply knowledge and evidence of the following:
- Current NSW Working with Children Check clearance
- Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Statement of Attainment or enrolled and working towards completion of the course.
- Child Protection and Mandatory Reporters requirements and guidelines
- Accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), either proficient or provisional rating
- Current First Aid Certificate including emergency management of asthma and anaphylaxis, or willingness to undertake the course - Willingness to undertake role of Responsible Person under the National Education and Care Services Regulations as required
- Ability to undertake the role of Educational Leader when required by the Nominated Supervisor or Approved Provider delegates
- Knowledge and understanding with a commitment to implement EEO, WH&S, environmental protection, and sustainability principles
